1. 01About these terms

   These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Wizz Financial Group and its regulated entities ("Wizz", "we", "us"). They apply to your use of our websites, mobile applications, digital wallets, cards, remittance and related financial services (together, the "Services"). Product-specific terms may apply in addition to these Terms; where they conflict, the product-specific terms prevail.

2. 02Eligibility and your account

   You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Services. When you create an account you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information, and to complete identity verification (KYC/KYB) as required by applicable regulation.

   You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, devices and one-time passcodes, and for all activity carried out through your account. Notify us immediately at care@wizzfinancial.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. 03Our services

   Wizz provides cross-border money movement, multi-currency wallets and cards, remittance, settlement, treasury and embedded finance capabilities through licensed and regulated group entities and partners. Availability of specific products varies by jurisdiction and is subject to local licensing, eligibility checks and transaction limits. We do not provide investment advice, and nothing on this website constitutes an offer, solicitation or recommendation.

4. 04Fees, exchange rates and promotional offers

   Applicable fees and charges are disclosed in the app or at the point of transaction before you confirm. Where we quote a foreign exchange rate, the rate applied to your transaction is the rate confirmed to you at the time of the transaction.

   Promotional pricing — including "zero FX markup", zero-fee corridors and similar offers — is subject to conditions, eligible corridors, transaction types, caps and campaign periods, and may be modified or withdrawn with notice. Conditions apply to all such offers.

5. 05Acceptable use

   You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, terrorism financing, fraud, sanctions evasion, gambling where prohibited, or transactions involving prohibited goods or jurisdictions. We may refuse, hold, reverse or report transactions, and may suspend or close accounts, where required by law, regulation, card scheme rules or our risk and compliance policies.

6. 06Intellectual property

   All content, trademarks, logos and software on this website and in the Services are the property of Wizz Financial or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. 07Liability

   To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wizz is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, or losses arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including network failures, third-party rails, or force majeure. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. 08Changes, suspension and termination

   We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be notified through the website or app. You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where required for legal, regulatory or security reasons.

9. 09Governing law

   These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Wizz entity providing the relevant Service in your jurisdiction, including, where applicable, the regulations of the Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE) for our licensed UAE exchange and remittance business, and the ADGM Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) for activity regulated in ADGM. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
